Porsche 911 Turbo (930 Turbo) Black, Blue, and Red Original Artwork Print
The Porsche 930 Turbo, sheetmetal bulged like same era Arnold Schwarzenegger’s chest, encapsulates its opposed six engine with turbocharged lungs. The shape and style has aged well and still some of my favorites to illustrate and bring back to full frontal memory. My first brush with Porsches was while I attended nightly classes at my College of Art and Design. Daily a Porsche Audi mechanic training at North America Porsche Audi Campus, nightly sitting in my Design Concept classes. Both actually won out because my pen was never far from either passion. My spirited drawing style in this composition has made these Porsche Paintings some of my favorite studies. Correct proportions and line clearly define these subjects in detail. Notice my additional focus on the wheels, trim, glass, lens and bumpers, a true joy for me to revisit within these illustrative paintings. The hand-drawn iconic Porsche logo type included within my design pays tribute to this aggressive graphic used on everything from early 914s bodies to Porsche’s print advertising campaigns in the 70 and 80s. These prints will make a great gift or self-reward for the enthusiast.
